Marrakech: Jardin Majorelle

Jardin Majorelle is a calm and cool escape from the hot and bustling square of Marrakech. The garden was designed by the expatriate French artist Jacques Majorelle, then later bought and restored  by Yves Saint Laurent.

Marrakech: Ali Ben Youssef Medersa

Ali Ben Youssef Medersa was one of the largest Islamic Colleges in Morocco, now preserved as a historical site. My favorite part of the building was the courtyard that displayed the beautiful carvings in cedar, marble and stucco.

Hello Morocco

I love sitting by the window seat on planes to get shots like these. Here is Marrakech, Morocco.

There are horse drawn carriages, motor-bikes, bicycles and walkers all on the street.

We would see these boxes with numbers spray painted on the side of walls. We later found out from a local that it explains what kind of stores are represented there.

Thank you Steve Jobs

Our first family computer was a Gateway. That thing was huge, ugly and honestly I didn't do much on that thing than play tetris or use Print Shop. It wasn't until I went to college, where I told my parents I need a MAC. PC computers are not good for what I'm doing on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. So my first very own Apple computer was the iMac. I still have it back at home and it sits on my Dad's computer desk. Not only does this computer represent the beginning of my creative career but a product that a man with a vision without boundaries. Truly an inspiration and I thank him for that. Rest in peace Steve Jobs.
