Le Relais de l'Entrecôte

After a day in Versailles (still working on uploading/editing those pics) we came back to the city to try Le Relais de 'Entrecôte. The wait for a table was down the block, felt like I was back in NYC. This restaurant only serves steak and frites with this special green sauce. Their dessert menu was much more elaborate. I would come back here, but would not want to wait in that line. Just like how I feel about Shake Shack.

Champs Elysees Bridge

I took these pictures of the Champs Elysees Bridge before catching our boat on the Seine. Once again the clouds took over the scene.

Marshmallow groupie

When we strolled along to the back of the Notre Dame Cathedral we found this band, Marshmallow, playing in the park. Even though I don't know what they are singing, I loved the vibe and energy. Marshmallow does a great cover of So Happy Together. And even better their CD cover was well designed :)

Of course, I got it signed by all of them. I hope they make it big!

Jardin du Luxembourg

Luxembourg Garden has become my Central Park. It's great for people watching or if you just want a quiet spot to read.  There are many statues all around the park and beautiful flowers. I've visited this park twice now and I'm sure I'll make my way back before I leave.

clouds

I have to say I love the clouds here in Paris. Maybe I don't notice the ones in New York because there's always a tall building blocking my view, but the ones in Paris are so dramatic and always changing. Now I see why many European painters captured these beautiful clouds and were not exaggerating one bit.
